目的 :评价PET、RT PCR、IHC三种方法检测肿瘤转移灶的价值。材料和方法 :对 11例恶性肿瘤患者分别进行FDG PET全身扫描、骨髓组织标本的RT PCR、IHC检测。结果 :PET、RT PCR、IHC三种方法的阳性率分别为 81.8%、72 .7%、5 4.5 %。PET、RT PCR检测转移灶的灵敏度均高于IHC ;PET与RT PCR之间无差别 ,但是FDG PET能显示病灶的位置和范围。结论 :FDG PET是一种对肿瘤转移灶有价值影像学检查。
Objective: To evaluate the value of PET, RT PCR and IHC in detecting tumor metastasis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Whole body FDG PET scan and RT-PCR and IHC in bone marrow samples were performed on 11 patients with malignant tumor. Results: The positive rates of PET, RT PCR and IHC were 81.8%, 72.7% and 54.5% respectively. PET, RT PCR detection of metastases sensitivity were higher than IHC; PET and RT PCR no difference between, but FDG PET can show the location and extent of lesions. Conclusion: FDG PET is a valuable imaging study of tumor metastases.
