随着经济的迅速发展,社会对企业管理水平的要求变得越来越高。企业想要在市场竞争中处于领先地位,必须在降低成本的同时向社会提供优质的服务,只有兼顾效率和质量才能在竞争中处于不败之地。为实现这一目标,企业需要不断完善和创新自己的核心业务。当前,越来越多的企业选择聚焦核心业务,将人力资源管理等非核心业务外包出去。本文针对人力资源外包可能存在的风险进行研究,分析了风险的影响因素,并在此基础上提出规避人力资源外包风险的对策。
With the rapid economic development, the social requirements of the enterprise management level have become higher and higher. Enterprises want to be in a leading position in the market competition, we must reduce costs while providing quality services to society, only by taking into account the efficiency and quality in order to be invincible in the competition. To achieve this goal, companies need to constantly improve and innovate their core business. At present, more and more enterprises choose to focus on their core businesses and outsource non-core businesses such as human resources management. In this paper, the possible risks of human resource outsourcing are studied, and the influencing factors of risk are analyzed. Based on this, the countermeasures to avoid the risk of human resource outsourcing are proposed.
