大跨度空心楼盖由于施工质量问题,腔体进浆导致自重大幅度增加,承载力不满足的结构安全问题。本文结合工程实例,就某项目空心楼盖腔体进浆质量事故,提出采用开槽增设预应力梁的加固方法,避免大面积拆除的同时,保证了大跨度结构的安全使用,具有工期短、造价低、工程量少等优势。
