慢性肾衰维持性血液透析(MHD)患者常出现皮肤瘙痒症状,常规用药及血液透析效果不佳,严重影响患者生活质量。笔者观察两种血液净化方式对顽固性皮肤瘙痒的疗效。报道如下。1临床资料选择2007年1月至2008年12月我科伴有顽固性皮肤瘙痒的MHD患者20例,男11例,女9例,透析时间2～10年
Chronic renal failure patients with hemodialysis (MHD) often appear pruritus symptoms, conventional medication and hemodialysis ineffective, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. I observed two methods of blood purification stubborn skin itching effect.
