目的 探讨PCNA和nm2 3在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达水平与乳腺癌组织分级和淋巴结转移的关系及意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 45例乳腺浸润性导管癌中PCNA和nm2 3的表达。结果 Ⅱ、Ⅲ级PCNA阳性表达率高于Ⅰ级 (P<0 0 1) ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级nm2 3阳性表达率低于Ⅰ级 (P <0 0 5 ) ;腋窝淋巴结转移组PCNA阳性表达率高于非转移组 (P <0 0 1) ,但nm2 3阳性表达率低于非转移组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 PCNA和nm2 3的表达水平与乳腺浸润性导管癌的组织分级和腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关 ,可作为乳腺浸润性导管癌预后的重要参数。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of PCNA and nm23 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and the histological grade and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PCNA and nm23 in 45 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Results The positive expression rate of PCNA in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ was higher than that in grade Ⅰ (P <0.01). The positive expression rate of nm23 in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ was lower than that in grade Ⅰ (P <0 05). The positive rate of PCNA in axillary lymph node metastasis (P <0.01), but the positive rate of nm23 was lower than that of non-metastasis group (P <0 05). Conclusions The expression of PCNA and nm23 is closely related to the histological grade and axillary lymph node metastasis of invasive ductal carcinoma and may be an important parameter of prognosis of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.
