中国的教育正一步一步走向国际化和多元化,教育发展前景喜人,但机遇与危机并存。改革中涌现出来的教育问题常常让我们捉襟见肘,农村中职学校“问题学生”的不断集中和扩大,折射出当前的教育之痛。社会环境、家庭教育和学校教育本身都应对“问题学生”现象的存在和扩大进行深刻的反思,并作出有效的努力。本文意在强调寻找学校教育的规范与引导之间的契合点,合理调控、灵活应变,这样当前学校教育存在的诸多问题就可能云雾散尽见彩虹。
Education in China is becoming more international and pluralistic step by step. The prospects for education are gratifying, but opportunities and crises coexist. The educational problems that emerge in the reform often make us stretched, the continuous concentration and expansion of rural secondary vocational school “problem students ” reflects the current pain of education. The social environment, family education and school education themselves all should have a profound reflection on the existence and expansion of the “problem students” phenomenon and make effective efforts. This article is intended to emphasize the search for a meeting point between the norms and guidance of school education, reasonable regulation and flexible response, so that many problems existing in school education may disappear from the rainbow.
