病例与家系患儿 ,女 ,2岁 ,1岁时出牙 ,1岁半开始走路。走路两腿乏力 ,较其他正常同龄儿易摔跤 ,下肢稍弯曲呈“Ｏ”型。夜间睡眠易出汗 ,无多饮多尿 ,无鸡胸 ,其他发育正常。曾在多家医院就诊 ,均诊断为低钙性佝偻病。肌注维生素Ｄ33次 ,未见明显好转。实验室检查 :血钙 2 .15
Case and pedigree Children, female, 2 years old, 1 year old teeth, 1 year and a half started walking. Walking legs weak, easier than other normal children wrestling, lower limb slightly curved was “O” type. Sleep easily sweating at night, no polyhydration, no chicken breast, other normal development. Has been in many hospitals for treatment, were diagnosed as low-calcium rickets. Intramuscular injection of vitamin D33 times, no significant improvement. Laboratory tests: calcium 2.15
