This paper reports for the first time the characteristics of Au (Ⅲ), Au (0) concentrations and salinity in NaCl solution containing different valence states under unidirectional freezing conditions. The experimental results show that due to the result of “salting-out” during the freezing process, the gold and salt ions migrate strongly and are largely enriched in the non-freezing liquid. Under normal temperature and zero temperature conditions, Au (Ⅲ) is stable, and Au (0) is the most unstable and precipitates easily. It is indicated that the key to the regeneration of sand-gold deposits in the tundra is how to change the valence state of the gold, leading to the precipitation of gold elements in the un-frozen solution and the further enrichment and growth of the fine gold particles dispersed in the sediments .
