目的:探讨了医学检验专业临床检验技能评价体系的构建问题。方法:选择了我校2009级医学检验专业的学生作为研究对象,一共有80人,分别为实验班与对照班两个班级,通过对两个班级学生的临床检验技能进行考核,从而对临床检验专业的临床检验技能评价体系进行考察,对评价体系进行构建与完善,并且对学生的技能掌握情况进行了解。结果:经过临床检验技能考核与评价体系培训学生的临床检验技能,其各项考核成绩均明显高于未经过该体系培训的学生,差异有显著性(P<0.0 1)。结论:通过构建医学检验专业临床检验技能评价体系,有利于提高学生的专业理论水平以及临床检验技能操作水平,必须得到重视[1]。
Objective: To discuss the construction of clinical laboratory skill evaluation system of medical laboratory specialty. Methods: A total of 80 students were selected as the research objects in the medical exam majors of 2009 in our school. There are 80 classes in the experimental class and the control class respectively. Through examining the clinical exam skills of the two class students, Professional clinical examination skills evaluation system to conduct an assessment of the system to build and improve, and grasp of the skills of students to understand. Results: After clinical examination skills assessment and evaluation system were used to train students’ clinical examination skills, their performance scores were significantly higher than those who did not pass the training. The difference was significant (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: It is necessary to pay attention to construct the evaluation system of clinical examination skills of medical laboratory specialty so as to improve students’ professional theoretical level and clinical examination skill operation level [1].
