本文根据笔者对郊区幼儿园“家园互动”中存在的问题持续近一年的关注和思考,采用问卷和访谈相结合的方式,对烟台市郊区幼儿园家长与教师互动过程中存在的问题进行分析。经过对所得数据的处理,结合进一步访谈,最终筛选出“互动意愿与行为”“、互动主体与方式”和“互动动因”等三个值得关注的维度进行进一步深入探讨。初步揭示了教师与家长互动意愿较高而实际互动行为较少,缺乏直接、深入的交流和父母与教师双方均缺乏主动性三个主要问题,并结合笔者的实践和探索提出一些建议和对策。
Based on the author’s concern and reflection on the existing problems in suburban kindergarten “home-home interaction ”, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the interaction between parents and teachers in kindergarten of Yantai suburbs by means of a combination of questionnaires and interviews . Through the processing of the data and the further interviews, we finally selected the three dimensions that we should pay attention to, such as “Interaction Willingness and Behavior”, “Interaction Subjects and Methods” and “Interaction Motivation”. It reveals the three major problems that teachers have higher interactivity with parents but less actual interaction, lack of direct and in-depth communication, and lack of initiative of both parents and teachers. Based on the author’s practice and exploration, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
