读了“焊接”第2期“如何克服鋼结构焊接的变形”一文后,我觉得这些经验是很宝贵的,但其中也有一些问题,还值得作进一步探讨。鋼结构经过焊接后,势必有变形产生,不过变形的程度互有差别罢了。这种变形,在刚采用焊接时,确实碰到了不少困难,但经过三年多来的学习与实际锻练,现在我们已获得了不少减少变形的方法,如:(1)采用正确的焊接工艺;(2)预弯(反变形);(3)刚性固定;(4)附加焊缝(假焊缝);(5)冷矯与热矯
After reading the article “How to Overcome the Deformation of Steel Structure Welding”, No. 2 of “Welding”, I think these experiences are very valuable. However, there are some problems which are worth further exploration. Steel structure after welding, there is bound to have deformation, but the extent of deformation differ from each other.
