红外背景模拟器是光学遥感器性能检测试验和辐射定标试验中的重要设备。针对某低温光学遥感器的光学定标试验,将仿真优化与实践经验相结合,研制了一套能够在120 K的低温真空环境中稳定工作的红外背景模拟器。该模拟器主要由真空低温面源黑体、冷光阑和电移台3部分组成。其中冷光阑的温度在90~300K范围内连续可调,且温度均匀性在±3 K以内;电移台的三维运动控制精度≤10 m。该模拟器能够适用于多种光学遥感器的红外性能检测试验和定标试验。
Infrared background simulator is the optical remote sensing performance testing and radiation calibration test important equipment. Aiming at the optical calibration experiment of a cryogenic optical remote sensor, combining the simulation optimization and practical experience, a set of infrared background simulator capable of working stably in the low temperature of 120 K has been developed. The simulator is mainly composed of a vacuum low-temperature surface-source blackbody, a cold light stop and a radio frequency stage. The temperature of the cold stop is continuously adjustable within the range of 90 ~ 300K, and the temperature uniformity is within ± 3K; the precision of the three-dimensional motion control of the stage is less than or equal to 10m. The simulator can be applied to a variety of optical remote sensor infrared performance testing and calibration test.
