本文从某电力企业目前专责员工招聘的现状出发,研讨了目前专责员工招聘存在的问题,构建了公司专责员工的胜任力模型作为员工招聘体系优化的实践尝试,探索了基于胜任素质模型的专责员工招聘的应用方向。
