本文首先进行了厚壁筒结构的失效分析,建立了厚壁简结构失效的强度失效状态函数,接着研究了结构可靠性计算的直接积分法,分析了直接积分法中涉及到的三个关键技术问题,最后进行了厚壁筒结构的可靠性分析与可靠性设计研究,研究结果表明厚壁筒结构设计变量的均方差对结构的失效概率有较大的影响,在实际工程中应加强其质量控制.本文的研究结果为厚壁筒结构的设计、制造提供了有价值的理论参考,其方法可以应用于船舶与海洋工程、建筑、机械、化工等领域,具有较大的理论及实践意义.
