研制了一种表面涂有红外涂料的多孔透气性Pd/Al_2O_3催化燃烧板。该板可用以制作予混型的催化燃烧红外辐射器。将天然气和空气混合后通过约10mm 厚的催化燃烧板进行催化燃烧,板上的PdO 可被混合气在>450℃下迅速还原。当甲烷转化率>96%时,板的热强度可在4—12kcal/cm~2·h 范围内调节。若板表面温度维持在500℃以下,则最大热强度可达12kcal/cm~2·h。在空气与甲烷的比为化学计量比、进料天然气中硫化氢含量在<135.4mg/m~3条件下,对催化板进行了500小时的寿命考察。结果表明其催化活性稳定,无析炭,在尾气中也未检出CO。于短期不稳定状态下操作,该催化燃烧板的活性维持不变或暂时降低,当条件恢复正常后活性可恢复正常。 A porous gas-permeable Pd / Al 2 O 3 catalytic combustion plate coated with infrared coating was developed. The plate can be used to make pre-mixed catalytic combustion infrared radiator. The natural gas and air mixture through the catalytic combustion of about 10mm thick catalytic combustion plate, PdO board can be mixed gas rapid reduction at> 450 ℃. When methane conversion is> 96%, the plate’s thermal strength can be adjusted in the range of 4-12 kcal / cm ~ 2 · h. If the plate surface temperature is maintained at 500 ℃ or less, the maximum heat strength up to 12kcal / cm ~ 2 · h. At a stoichiometric ratio of air to methane, the hydrogen sulfide content of the feed natural gas was <135.4 mg / m ~ 3 and the life of the catalyst plate was examined for 500 hours. The results show that its catalytic activity is stable, no carbon precipitation, nor detected in the exhaust CO. Operating in short-term instability, the activity of the catalytic combustion plate remains unchanged or temporarily reduced, and activity returns to normal when conditions are restored.
