在H2 气氛中对氧钒 (Ⅳ )碱式碳酸铵进行了热分析和还原热分解。在 90 0℃保温 30min条件下获得粒度约 30nm的球形纯V2 O3 粉体。
Vanadyl (IV) basic ammonium carbonate was subjected to thermal analysis and reductive thermal decomposition in a H2 atmosphere. The spherical pure V2 O3 powder with a particle size of about 30 nm was obtained under the conditions of 90 ° C. and 30 min incubation.
