本研究以重庆交通大学200名文、理、工科研究生为调研对象,分析部分研究生在学业、人际交往、职业规划、婚恋观、经济上存在的心理困扰,从课程设置、师资队伍、服务体系构建三方面提出了高校研究生心理健康教育的几点实施策略,以期为高校研究生心理健康教育工作提供借鉴与参考。
In this study, 200 literary, technical and engineering postgraduates of Chongqing Jiaotong University were selected as the research subjects. Some of the psychological distress problems of some postgraduates in their studies, interpersonal relationships, career planning, marriage and love, economy were analyzed. From the curriculum, faculty and service system Three aspects put forward several implementation strategies of mental health education for postgraduates in order to provide reference and reference for psychological health education for postgraduates in colleges and universities.
