老少边穷地区往往面临着脱贫与发展的双重重任,是检验优秀干部能力的操练场和“试金石”.对大部分干部而言,职业发展空间较窄、激励手段不足,也是当前面临的一个较为突出的问题.对于老少边穷地区的干部,应给予他们更多的支持和扶助,使他们能够快速成长,同时改变那里相对落后的发展状况.
