利用浸渍法以γ-Al_2O_3为载体负载活性组分Ni制备CO甲烷化催化剂,研究不同Ni负载量对催化剂形态及CO甲烷化催化性能的影响。对所制得催化剂进行比表面测试,XRD表征,活性评价。结果表明20Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂活性较佳,随着Ni负载量增大,所得催化剂比表面积减小,并且氧化镍的存在形式由NiO趋向于生成Ni_2O_3,导致活性组分较难还原,使催化剂活性下降。Ni负载量越小越容易发生完全甲烷化反应,Ni负载量越大越容易发生直接甲烷化反应,使甲烷选择性降低。
The CO methanation catalyst was prepared by impregnation method using γ-Al 2 O 3 as the supporter to support Ni as the active component, and the effect of different Ni loadings on the catalyst morphology and CO methanation catalytic performance was investigated. The prepared catalyst was subjected to specific surface test, XRD characterization and activity evaluation. The results show that 20Ni / Al_2O_3 catalyst has better activity. With the increase of Ni loading, the specific surface area of the catalyst decreases, and NiO tends to generate Ni_2O_3 from NiO, which leads to the reduction of the active component and the decrease of the catalyst activity . The smaller the Ni loading, the easier the complete methanation reaction. The larger the Ni loading, the easier the direct methanation reaction and the lower the methane selectivity.
