二(2—乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸酯(DEHP)在塑料工业中用作增塑剂。本品已在输血和血液透析病人的血和组织中检出。动物实验表明,本品具有肝脏毒性、致畸、诱变及致癌作用。多胺为一种低分子量脂肪胺,几乎所有细胞中均存在,参与细胞的代谢并与正常和肿瘤细胞的生长有关。研究表明,用肝脏毒物和致癌物处理大鼠时,其肝脏多胺代谢均发生变化。 Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is used as a plasticizer in the plastics industry. This product has been detected in blood transfusions and hemodialysis patients and tissues. Animal experiments show that this product has liver toxicity, teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. Polyamines, a low molecular weight fatty amine, are present in almost all cells involved in cell metabolism and are associated with normal and tumor cell growth. Studies have shown that hepatic polyamine metabolism changes when rats are treated with liver poisons and carcinogens.
