摆动辗压过程中,工件作用在模具上力参数的大小,随着工艺参数,如工件的初始高径比,每转进给量、润滑状态的不同而异.为深入研究摆辗变形的规律,就须对该力参数的变化进行测量.本文主要叙述了其测量原理,并设计了实验装置,对摆辗过程中的工件与模具间的摩擦系数进行了初步测量,结果表明,对圆柱形铅试件摆辗变形,采用机油润滑时摩擦系数约为0.084;采用硅油石墨润滑时.摩擦系数约为0.031;无润滑剂时,摩擦系数约为0.355~0.397.
