黄埔军校是第一次国共合作的产物。它培养了大批优秀的军事和政治人才,被誉为“将帅的摇篮”。以往学者仅把黄埔军校办校成功的秘诀归结于建立党代表制、建立政治部、实行政治与军事并重的教育方针。而笔者认为黄埔军校办校的成功不仅有以上原因,国共两党的共同努力、全新的教育理念和黄埔军校的建立符合历史潮流及黄埔精神的一脉相承等因素也是其办校成功的重要原因。
Huangpu Military Academy is the product of the first cooperation between the KMT and the CPC. It trained a large number of outstanding military and political talent, known as “the cradle of generals ”. In the past, academics attributed the success of Whampoa Military Academy to the establishment of the Party’s representative system, the establishment of the Political Department, and the implementation of the education policy of equal emphasis on politics and the military. However, the author believes that the success of the Whampoa Military Academy has not only the above reasons, but also the joint efforts of the two parties. The new educational philosophy and the establishment of the Whampoa Military Academy coincide with the historical trend and the spirit of Huangpu.
