目的:探讨糖耐量(OGTT)胰岛素水平(FINS)肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素(All)-醛固酮(PA)与急性脑血管病(ACVD)的关系。方法:随机收集既往无糖尿病的脑出血和脑梗死及正常对照者各31例,用放射免疫计数法测定PRA、AII、PA的血浆含量:用放射免疫顺序饱和法测定血浆FINS,及OGTT的测定。结果:精耐量低下者脑出血16例,脑梗死15例;FINS病例组均高于对照组;PRA、AII、PA脑出血组显著高于脑梗死组和对照组。结论:糖谢量低下,胰岛素水平、PRA、AII、PA含量均与ACVD有潜在关系对ACVD预防与治疗有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance (FINS) levels of renin (PRA), angiotensin (All) and aldosterone (PA) and acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (OGTT). Methods: Thirty-one patients with no previous cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction and normal controls were randomly enrolled. The plasma levels of PRA, AII and PA were measured by radioimmunoassay. The plasma FINS was determined by radioimmunoassay, and the determination of OGTT . Results: 16 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage and 15 cases of cerebral infarction were found in the patients with low endurance. The patients in FINS group were higher than those in control group. The levels of PRA, AII and PA in cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than that in cerebral infarction group and control group. Conclusion: Low glucose, insulin level, PRA, AII, PA levels have a potential relationship with ACVD ACVD prevention and treatment of some value.
