农药悬浮剂的稳定性与流变性质

[目的]研究农药悬浮剂的稳定性与流变性质关系。[方法]以200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂为样品,采用旋转流变仪测定了屈服应力、流动曲线、内聚能,采用旋转黏度计测定了黏度,比较了应力控制(CS)模式和速率控制(CR)模式测得的屈服应力的不同。[结果]当屈服应力低于0.2 Pa、或内聚能低于2×10-4 Pa、或黏度低于400 mPa·s时,样品稳定能力迅速下降。[结论]CS模式测屈服应力更准确;屈服应力、内聚能、黏度与农药悬浮剂的稳定性呈对应关系。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between the stability and rheological properties of pesticide suspensions. [Method] With 200 g / L chloramphenicol suspension as sample, the yield stress, flow curve and cohesive energy were measured by rotary rheometer. The viscosities were measured by rotary viscometer. The stress control (CS) The difference between the measured yield stresses in Mode and Rate Control (CR) mode. [Result] When the yield stress was lower than 0.2 Pa, or the cohesive energy was lower than 2 × 10 -4 Pa, or the viscosity was lower than 400 mPa · s, the stability of the sample decreased rapidly. [Conclusion] The measured yield stress in CS mode was more accurate. The yield stress, cohesive energy and viscosity were in accordance with the stability of pesticide suspension.
