光学式SF6断路器的泄漏检测技术

为了更加及时准确地检测SF6断路器的泄漏情况以及气室内SF6气体的体积分数,在分析了现有SF6断路器检漏技术的基础上,主要利用红外吸收光谱法,设计出了全光纤光学式SF6红外气体传感器及SF6气体体积分数检测系统。仿真及实验研究结果表明,SF6与空气的混合气体中的SF6气体的体积分数<10-3时,SF6气体体积分数与吸光度满足线性关系。所以可以应用该技术对装有SF6断路器的室内进行气体体积分数检测,而且该检测系统具有极其明显的技术优势和广泛的应用价值。
