聚氯乙烯(PVC)在160℃以上才能塑化成型,但发现加工温度在120~130℃开始热分解,热稳定剂的加入可以抑制PVC高温热分解,本文论述了稀土、水滑石、钙锌、铅类等常用的四类稳定剂作用机理、特点、研究现状并展望了四类稳定剂的发展前景。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) can be plasticized at above 160 ℃. However, it is found that the processing temperature starts to decompose at 120 ~ 130 ℃. The addition of heat stabilizer can inhibit the thermal decomposition of PVC at high temperature. In this paper, the effects of rare earth, hydrotalcite, , Lead and other commonly used four types of stabilizer mechanism of action, characteristics, research status and prospects of four types of stabilizers development prospects.
