本文回顾、分析了调味鱼片干品十余年来的开发研制和加工销售等发展过程,阐明利用马面鱼及其它低值鱼对促进我国水产品加工业进步的作用;同时也指出当前调味鱼片干品在销售与生产、价格与原料、质量与品种等方面存在的问题,直接或间接影响了这一产品在市场上的声誉。为提高加工企业的经济效益,从业者必须加强产品的质量意识,重视原料鲜度,严格执行工艺规程,同时必须积极开发新产品。
This article reviews and analyzes the development process of the seasoning fish products for more than ten years and expounds the role of using the horse salmon and other low-value fish to promote the progress of the aquatic products processing industry in our country. At the same time, it also points out that the current seasoning The problems of dried fish products in sales and production, prices and raw materials, quality and variety have directly or indirectly affected the reputation of this product in the market.
