完成了体内张拉成形空间网格结构1∶10缩尺模型的成形试验,通过模型试验实测结果与理论计算结果的对比分析,研究结构在张拉成形过程中内力和节点位移变化、支座滑动以及下弦预留缝隙闭合情况。研究结果表明,分次分批张拉对结构内力及节点位移产生一定影响,成形过程中下弦预留缝隙闭合速度相近。结构成形的标志是下弦水平,同时端部腹杆直立。确定结构成形阶段最不利杆件位置,建议在设计中采取加强措施。
The forming experiment of the 1: 10 scale model of the lattice structure of the interior tension forming space was completed. The contrastive analysis between the measured and theoretical results of the model test was carried out to study the internal force and displacement of the structure during the tension forming. The results show that the tension of the sub-divided batch has a certain influence on the internal forces and the displacement of the joints, and the closing speeds of the pre-set gaps in the forming process are similar.
