江苏通州市金沙镇虹西村于近日建成了全市第一幢农民公寓楼,24户农民喜迁新居。 虹西村是通州市金沙镇的蔬菜村。自90年代以来。因筑路、建厂、办校等建设,该村的土地不断被征用,现有耕地仅80亩,人均不足一分地。近两年,这个村申请建房的有70多户,如果仍走过去让农户自建的老路,现有蔬菜地将所剩无几。对此,该村果断决定走农户共建公寓楼的决定。
