目的:探讨蜂胶乙醇提取物(EEP)对核酸合成代谢的影响。方法:采用放射性同位素标记物体内掺入的方法测定3H-TdR3、H-UR两种标记物在小鼠脑组织、肝脏及心脏的掺入量。结果:EEP组肝脏及心脏3H-TdR掺入量显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),EEP组肝脏、心脏及脑组织3H-UR掺入量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:EEP不仅能促进肝脏及心脏DNA合成,还能促进肝脏、心脏及脑组织RNA的合成。
Objective: To investigate the effect of propolis ethanol extract (EEP) on nucleic acid synthesis and metabolism. Methods: Incorporation of 3H-TdR3 and H-UR into the brain, liver and heart of mice was measured by radioactive isotope labeling. Results: 3H-TdR incorporation in liver and heart of EEP group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and 3H-UR incorporation in liver, heart and brain of EEP group was significantly higher than that of control group <0.01). Conclusion: EEP can not only promote liver and cardiac DNA synthesis, but also promote the liver, heart and brain RNA synthesis.
