中心供应室是医院的一个重要组成部门,是医疗的后勤保障科室,是医院唯一的医用器材灭菌供应单位。它既是向全院提供各种无菌器材、敷料和其他无菌物品的保障科室,又是预防和减少医院感染发生的重点科室[1]。其工作核心就是消毒灭菌的质量管理,控制院内感染,保证无菌物品的供应,满足临床工作的需求。为了确保消毒灭菌物品质量安全,我院根据《医院中心供应室消毒规范》,对供应室的建筑进行严格区分污染区、清洁区、无菌区等三个区域的改建,使整个工艺流程符合微生物学原理和人体工程学原理,保证了较高的工作效率和优良的作业质量外,还对供应室进行了严格的过程控制(环节质量管理)和终末质量的监控。特别是环节质量管理工作上取得了较好的效果,现将体会总结如下。
