针对钢-混凝土混合梁整体设计中结合段位置确定的问题,应用定性分析和定量分析方法研究受力、施工和造价等因素对其的影响,提出采用关键要素评价法确定结合段的合理位置。首先,中跨混合梁钢梁长度可取跨径的0.57~0.59倍,边跨混合梁钢梁长度可取跨径的0.60~0.70倍,初步确定结合段受力的合理位置;其次,可根据非对称悬臂施工要求以及现场施工条件,综合考虑确定结合段施工的合理位置;再次,可依据资料统计结果和工程实践经验,综合确定结合段造价的合理位置;最后,设定受力、施工和造价3个评价要素,定性比较确定关键要素和主要要素,定量计算各要素所确定的合理范围,采用关键要素评价法综合分析并最终确定结合段的合理位置。通过渭河特大桥设计实例进行验证,结果表明结合段合理位置的确定过程和分析方法可行。
In order to solve the problem of determining the joint position in the overall design of steel-concrete hybrid beams, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods are used to study the influence of stress, construction and construction cost on it. First of all, the length of the middle-span hybrid beam should be 0.57 ~ 0.59 times of the span, and the length of the beam of the hybrid beam should be 0.60 ~ 0.70 times of the span. The reasonable position of the joint should be determined preliminarily. The key elements evaluation method is used to comprehensively analyze and determine the reasonable position of the combined segments. Through the design example of Weihe Super Bridge, the result shows that it is feasible to determine the reasonable location of the combined section and the analysis method.
