目的用高分辨率CT(HRCT)测量婴幼儿蜗神经管(CNC)宽径,估算95%可信区间正常值范围。方法用HRCT对129例(258耳)婴幼儿CNC宽径进行测量,采用统计学软件SPSS 17.0对测量数据进行分析。结果婴幼儿CNC宽径均值为(1.75±0.17)mm,在年龄、性别和左右侧之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),95%可信区间正常值范围为1.42~2.08 mm。结论婴幼儿CNC的HRCT测量及估算的正常值范围,可为人工耳蜗植入术术前评价CNC发育情况提供影像学参考依据。
Objective To measure the width of the cochlear neural tube (CNC) of infants with high resolution CT (HRCT) and estimate the normal range of 95% confidence interval. Methods The width of CNC width of 129 infants (258 ears) was measured by HRCT. The measurement data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 17.0. Results The mean width of width of infants and young children was (1.75 ± 0.17) mm. There was no significant difference between the age, sex and left and right sides (P> 0.05). The 95% confidence interval ranged from 1.42 to 2.08 mm. Conclusion The normal range of HRCT measurement and estimation for infants and young children’s cochlear implants can provide imaging reference for the evaluation of the development of cochlear implant before cochlear implantation.
