研究了碳纤维和石墨纤维增强纯铝复合丝的界面反应产物A1_4C_3的量与温度、复合丝的室温拉伸强度与A1_4C_3量及温度的关系。对各类复合丝的断口形貌进行了扫描电镜分析,对应于不同的热暴露温度及强度有三种断口特征。用盐酸溶液脱去了经不同温度热暴露后复合丝中的铝基体,分析了脱铝纤维的表面形貌,测定了拉伸强度,得到了复合丝中纤维受到损伤的温度范围。
The amount and temperature of interfacial reaction product A1_4C_3 of carbon fiber and graphite fiber reinforced pure aluminum composite wire were studied. The relationship between the tensile strength and the amount of A1_4C_3 and the temperature of the composite wire were studied. The fracture appearances of various types of composite wires were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. There are three kinds of fracture characteristics corresponding to the different heat exposure temperature and strength. The aluminum matrix in the composite wire after heat exposure at different temperatures was removed with hydrochloric acid solution. The surface morphology of the de-aluminated fiber was analyzed. The tensile strength was measured and the temperature range of fiber damage in the composite wire was obtained.
