决定是公文中的常见文种,使用频率颇高,但因为其使用范围和其他相关公文有交叉的地方,所以在使用过程中经常出现问题,很容易让人混淆。2012年印发的《党政机关公文处理工作条例》将决定规定为“适用于对重要事项作出决策和部署、奖惩有关单位和人员、变更或者撤销下级机关不适当的决定事项。”因而在使用时大家经常用决定任免或奖惩人员。 Decision is a common document in the official document, the frequency of use is high, but because of its scope of use and other relevant documents cross place, so often in the course of problems, it is easy to confuse. The Work Regulations on Handling Official Documents in Party and Government Organizations promulgated in 2012 will stipulate that “the law applicable to decision-making and deployment of important issues, rewards and punishments of relevant units and personnel, alteration or withdrawal of inappropriate decisions by subordinate organs” We often use the decision to appoint or rehire or rewards and punishments.
