在处理动力堆乏燃料的Purex流程中,为了改善铀中去钚分离效果,在2D柱用 U(Ⅳ)将钚还原为不易被TBP萃取的Pu(Ⅲ),使钚留在萃残液2DW中。本工作研究了在“稀流程”的2D柱中用U(Ⅳ)还原钚的工艺条件。首先,研究了用U(Ⅳ)还原2DF料液中微量钚的工艺条件。2DF料液组成是HNO_3,2 mol/l;U,47.8 g/l;Pu,0.3mg/l。实验中,要求Pu(Ⅳ)还原到Pu(Ⅲ)的百分数大于90%。钚调价实验结果表
In the Purex process, which handles spent fuel spent on power reactors, Pu (III) is reduced on a 2D column with U (IV) to extract Pu (III), which is hard to be extracted by TBP, leaving the plutonium in the 2DW in. This work studied the process conditions for the reduction of plutonium with U (Ⅳ) in a 2D column with “thin flow”. First, the process conditions of U (Ⅳ) reduction of trace plutonium in 2DF feedstock were studied. The 2DF feedstock composition is HNO 3, 2 mol / l; U, 47.8 g / l; Pu, 0.3 mg / l.
