黄梅县育才实验学校是一所民办私立学校,实行小学至初中九年一贯制教育模式。学校硬件设施简陋,师资力量薄弱,生源大部分是农村留守儿童,学习基础和学习习惯都不理想。学校以课堂教学改革为突破口,综合推进养成教育、合作教育、自主教育,经过三年的实践和摸索,最终形成了备受全县关注的“自学、自展、自评”“三自”课堂教学模式。该课堂教学模式是以导学案为统领,以小组学习为抓手,以自主、合作、探究为本质,以发展学生为方向的一种课堂教学思想体系。课堂教学改革成效显著:导学案这一载体,发挥了教师的能动性,也提升了学生的学习能力;“马蹄组合型”教学空间和“互动者”教学时间尊重了学生个体差异性,促进了课堂教学公平和课堂生态的平衡与发展。本文旨在对黄梅县育才实验学校课堂教学改革的价值和不足作简要分析与探讨,以期对我国的基础教育改革起到一定的借鉴作用。
Huangmei Yucai Experimental School is a privately-run private school with a nine-year primary to junior high school education system. School hardware facilities, teachers weak, most of the students left behind in rural children, learning and learning habits are not ideal. With the reform of classroom teaching as a breakthrough point, the school comprehensively pushed forward the education, cooperative education and independent education. After three years of practice and exploration, the school has finally formed a series of “ Three self ”classroom teaching mode. The classroom teaching mode is a kind of classroom teaching ideology system guided by case studies and taking group study as the starting point, taking autonomous, cooperative and inquiring as the essence and developing students as the direction. Class teaching reform has achieved notable success. The carrier of guiding lesson has played an active role in teachers and boosted students’ ability to learn. The teaching space of “Horseshoe Combination” and “Interactant” respect the individual differences of students Sex, and promote the balance of classroom teaching and classroom ecology and development. The purpose of this paper is to briefly analyze and discuss the value and deficiency of classroom teaching reform in YUCI experimental school in Huangmei County in order to provide reference for the reform of basic education in our country.
