2014年以来,餐饮市场一直以比较强劲的势头稳步增长,3月份单月整个餐饮市场增速突破10%,限额以上餐饮更是扭转了14个月持续下跌的颓势。2014年上半年,全国餐饮市场稳步回升趋势明显。1~6月份,全国餐饮收入12989亿元,同比增长10.1%,比去年同期上升了1.4个百分点。相较一季度,二季度增长明显加快,增速重新回至两位数(具体如图1所示)。并且,餐饮收入增幅与社会消费品零售总额增幅的差距也在逐渐缩小,由一季度的2.2个百分点降至2.0个百分点。2014年上半年,限额以上餐饮企业收入3773亿 Since 2014, the catering market has been growing steadily with relatively strong momentum. From January to June, the national catering revenue reached 1298.9 billion yuan, up 10.1% over the same period of last year and up 1.4 percentage points from the same period of last year. Compared with the first quarter, the growth in the second quarter accelerated noticeably and the growth rate returned to double digits (as shown in Figure 1). Moreover, the gap between the increase in catering revenue and the total retail sales of social consumer goods is also gradually narrowing, from 2.2 percentage points in the first quarter to 2.0 percentage points.
