采用微波破乳-双旋流气浮工艺对三元复合驱采出水进行处理,含油污水首先经微波辅助破乳剂破乳,再采用双旋流气浮塔进行分离。考察了破乳剂破乳、微波破乳、微波辅助破乳剂破乳的效果,分析了双旋流气浮塔回流压力、充气量、泡沫层厚度及处理量对气浮除油效果的影响。试验结果表明:微波辅助破乳剂破乳的除油率达92.67%,比单一破乳剂破乳、微波辐射破乳的除油率分别高出5.67个百分点和24.55个百分点。在破乳剂Wd为50 mg/L,辐射功率为800 W,辐射时间为120 s,回流压力为0.10 MPa,充气量为0.75 L/min,泡沫层厚度为10 cm,处理量为0.3 L/min的试验条件下,复合工艺对含油污水的除油率可高达99.18%。
Microwave demulsification - double swirling air floatation process of ASP flooding produced water for processing, oil-contaminated water first demulsification by microwave-assisted demulsifier, then the use of double-swirling air flotation tower separation. The effects of demulsifier demulsification, microwave demulsification and microwave assisted demulsifier demulsification were investigated. The effects of reflux pressure, aeration volume, foam layer thickness and treatment volume on flotation degreasing were analyzed. The experimental results show that the demulsification rate of microwave assisted demulsifier is 92.67%, which is 5.67% and 24.55% higher than that of single demulsifier and microwave radiation demulsifier respectively. When the demulsifier Wd was 50 mg / L, the irradiation power was 800 W, the irradiation time was 120 s, the reflux pressure was 0.10 MPa, the aeration volume was 0.75 L / min, the foam layer thickness was 10 cm and the treatment volume was 0.3 L / min Under the test conditions, the oil removal rate of the composite process to the oily wastewater can reach as high as 99.18%.
