煤厚测定仪是在地层(包括煤层)物性稳定、煤层和围岩的物性差较大地区,直观地确定煤层厚度的仪器,是专测煤层厚度的阻变率曲线(详见本刊1976年第5期)测定仪,用该仪器测出的曲线只反映煤层界面,而不反映岩层之间的地层界面,因此它不仅简化了曲线解释工序,缩短解释时间,而且为广大非专业测井人员解释煤层创造了便利条件。该仪器配合现有测井仪器,同时记录视电阻率、人工放射性(或其他)和阻变率等几种曲线,以便综合解释,提高解释质量。下面简要叙述仪器工作原理。
