利用问卷调查法对2012年广州经适房的购房家庭进行需求调查(样本数n=434)。在统计分析的基础上,深入评估购房家庭的购房意愿及老年人居住需求的结构特征与影响因素。建议今后50~70m2的保障房应考虑按有自理能力的老年人群的需求建立设计标准。
A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the demand for purchase-eligible families in Guangzhou in 2012 (n = 434). On the basis of statistical analysis, in-depth assessment of the purchase of home buyers wills and residential needs of elderly structural characteristics and influencing factors. It is suggested that in the future 50-70m2 of affordable housing should be considered to establish design standards according to the needs of the elderly with self-care ability.
