胡锦涛总书记在七·一重要讲话中指出:‘三个代表重要思想的本质是立党为公、执政为民,实现人民的愿望、满足人民的需要、维护人民的利益,是‘三个代表重要思想的根本出发点和落脚点.各级人大及其常委会作为国家权力机关,依照宪法和法律赋予的职权开展的各项工作,都直接关系到三个代表重要思想的贯彻和落实.因此,必须把三个代表重要思想作为人大工作的行动指南和评价标准,贯穿于人大行使职权的整个过程,落实到人大工作的各个方面.具体说来,我们在工作中有以下四点体会:
