本文以电化学测试技术对“栲胶型带锈防锈剂”的主要组分——栲胶在钢铁表面的防锈作用机理进行了研究。通过腐蚀电位及阳极极化曲线的测定结果发现栲胶并不“具有钝化钢铁表面的能力”。但栲胶可使带锈钢铁表面电位正移,并使阴极极化电流降低,表明栲胶可使带锈钢铁表面形成能阻滞电极过程的新相,从而以实验方法确认了栲胶的防锈作用是使钢铁表面锈层转化的机理。
In this paper, the electrochemical test technology on the “Jie plastic-type rust inhibitor,” the main component of 栲 plastic anti-rust mechanism of the steel surface were studied. The results of corrosion potentials and anodic polarization curves show that xanthan gum is not “capable of passivating steel surfaces”. However, the 栲 plastic positive shift of the surface potential of the steel with rust, and the cathode polarization current decreases, indicating that 栲 glue can make the surface of the rust-proof steel to form a new phase of the electrode can be blocked, thus experimentally confirmed 栲 glue anti- The rust effect is the mechanism that causes the steel surface rust layer to be transformed.
