1994年,我市水政水资源工作的重点主要是贯彻《水法》和《江苏省水资源管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)等水法规,通过强化水行政管理,全市的水事秩序有了明显好转,水资源统一管理的局面基本形成。其做法是: ——深入开展以纪念“世界水日”为重点的水法宣传活动 根据水利部和江苏省水利厅的部署,我市对“3·22世界水日”纪念活动和第7个“水法宣传周”活动做到从早部署,从紧安排,重点突出,讲究实效。 年初,我市就拟订“水日”、“水周”纪念活动
