营养卫生是航空卫生保障工作的重要内容之一。为保证飞行人员获得平衡的膳食,我们统计分析了近20年来本区飞行人员营养调查的有关资料,现报告如下。资料及方法按每次至少3天、含1个飞行日的原则,从1963~1982年1,893份飞行人员营养调查月报表中筛选1,273份,进行统计分析。其中歼击机空勤灶276份,轰炸机219份,运输机561份,教练机217份;飞行日491份,不飞行日782份。其中37份是本部指派的营养调
Nutritional hygiene is one of the important contents of aviation health security work. In order to ensure a balanced diet for pilots, we have statistically analyzed the data of the survey on the nutrition of pilots in this area in the past 20 years and are reported as follows. Materials and Methods According to the principle of 1 flight date at least every 3 days, 1,273 copies of 1,893 monthly reports on nutritional status of pilots were screened from 1963 to 1982 for statistical analysis. Among them, 276 aircrew fighters, 219 bombers, 561 transport aircraft and 217 trainer aircraft; 491 flight days and 782 flight days. 37 of which are nutritionally allocated by our headquarters
