有一次,一个小患者来就诊。他1岁半,一向很健康,足月出生,生长发育正常,按计划预防接种。一天前突然高热,体温达到了39．3℃,因此他妈妈带他来看病。这个孩子没有咳嗽、流鼻涕,也没有呕吐或腹泻。虽然看上去他状态还好,吃饭、大小便及睡觉都正常,也仍然爱玩,但他妈妈很担心,认为孩子得了很严重的病,要求“点滴”抗生素。
Once, a small patient came to see a doctor. He is 1 year and a half, has always been healthy, full-term birth, growth and development of normal, according to the plan vaccination. Suddenly high fever one day ago, the body temperature reached 39.3 ℃, so his mother brought him to see a doctor. The child did not cough, runny nose, nor vomit or diarrhea. Although he looks okay, eating, urinating and sleeping are normal, he still loves to play, but his mother is worried that he thinks the child has a very serious illness and requires “drip” of antibiotics.
