近年来,随着我国经济社会发展对技术应用型人才的迫切需求和高校不断扩招,高职院校招生生源情况比较复杂,有普通高中毕业生、中等职业教育的技校毕业生和来自社会成人学生。因为学生生源的多样性,导致其思想状况的多样性。再加上目前高职院校大多数专业都是采取校企合作、工学结合等培养模式,这要求高职院校对学生思想政治教育工作模式要不断创新,以提高其工作的针对性和实效性。面对新形势、新情况,高职院校应建立理实一体、校企协作的思想政治教育新模式。要建设这一新模式,应从学校制度建设、校园文化建设、辅导员队伍建设等方面着手,充分利用教育载体,改变思想政治教育工作的方法和内容。最终,使高职学生思想教育工作目标得到顺利实现。
