新能源作为八大优势支柱产业之一,天津已在绿色电池、风能、太阳能光伏等领域形成了自身的发展特色。但天津新能源领域的发展仍存在科技对产业的拉动和促进作用不足,产业创新能力弱,缺乏内生发展动力等问题。本文通过对天津市新能源领域的发展现状和产业链分析,运用创新体系的基本理论和方法,提出天津在新能源领域建设科技新高地的总体建设思路,并在体制机制设计、创新载体建设等方面提出对策建议。
As one of the pillar industries of the eight major advantages, Tianjin New Energy has formed its own development characteristics in the fields of green batteries, wind energy and solar photovoltaic. However, the development of Tianjin’s new energy sector still lags behind such problems as the scarcity of science and technology in stimulating and promoting the industry, the weak capability of industrial innovation, and the lack of motivation for endogenous development. Based on the analysis of the development status of new energy field in Tianjin and the industrial chain, this paper applies the basic theory and method of innovation system to put forward the overall construction idea of Tianjin in the new energy field of science and technology new heights, and in the institutional mechanism design, innovation carrier construction Suggestions are put forward.
