明矾[Al_2K_2(SO_4)_4·24H_2O]煅烧失去结晶水所得无水硫酸钾铝,叫枯矾。枯矾的传统炮制方法是将明矾放入铁锅或其它器皿内用煅烧的方法制得。这种传统炮制方法既麻烦又不便。为此,我们根据明矾煅烧失去结晶水而得枯矾的原理,对枯矾的炮制工艺进行改进,采用烤箱烤制的方法,使明矾失去结晶水而得到枯矾。制法将明矾放在搪瓷方盘中铺平,置烤箱内(方盘的上面要留有30cm高的空隙,以防明矾加热
