生物溶浸采矿技术以其经济、高效以及环保等多方面的优势越来越受到全世界的广泛关注,培养具有高活性、强适应性的菌种以及提高其培养效率是该技术大规模应用于工业生产的关键。本文对从某铀矿山浸出液中富集分离获得的氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌进行混合,在野外现场开展了20L培养体系下的单桶培养试验和双桶对比试验。试验结果表明该混合菌在环境温度高于18℃时具有较强的活性,经二十代连续培养能够在安装培养填料的体系初步形成生物膜,同时,对比试验表明,形成生物膜的培养体系中亚铁的氧化速率明显优于无生物膜的培养体系。
Bio-leaching mining technology has drawn more and more worldwide attention due to its advantages of economy, high efficiency and environmental protection. In this paper, a mixture of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans enriched and isolated from the leachate of a uranium mine was carried out in the field and tested in a single tank in a 20L culture system. The results showed that the mixed bacteria had strong activity when the ambient temperature was higher than 18 ℃. After 20 generations of continuous culture, the biofilm could be initially formed in the system of culture medium.
